I was incredibly lucky to stumble across Mark Davis at a time when I was stumbling in a more general way. I felt I was at a turning point. My health had temporarily deserted me and I felt  this was a 'wake-up call.' I decided to listen. I resolved to stop leaning on old props (alcohol and caffeine). I hoped to feel free, healthier, able to make changes in my life. But I wanted the process to be liberating rather than a dreary struggle. And I was not sure I could change without help. He made me re-examine the way that I live and made me see the folly of being in fast forward, of anticipating the next day rather than appreciating the one we are lucky enough to find ourselves living."

 "Since my session with Mark, my sleep has been markedly improved. I had developed a cycle of poor sleep - worrying during the day about whether I would sleep and how it would impact on my day and going to bed feeling stressed and anxious. As a result, I suffered from sporadic insomnia. Mark helped me to focus more on relaxation and remove the emphasis on sleep. I now give little thought to sleep during the day and know that even if I do sleep poorly I'll be fine the next day. Now, when I go to bed I don't think about sleep. Overcoming a 35 yr nail biting habit - Sophie Pell, London

"In the new year I was searching for ways to stop myself picking and sometimes biting my nails, which I have been doing pretty consistently for 35 years now. I found Mark’s details through the Triyoga website and thought I had nothing to lose by trying a session with him to see if it would help in any way. I was amazed by the impact the 1st session had on me after only 2 hours with him. I kept a log as recommended by Mark for the first week and started off by picking my nails a couple of times in the first few days (normally I would have picked them at least 10 times a day) and by the end of the week I wasn’t touching them at all.

The Habit Reversal Technique coupled with learning deep relaxation skills were and are incredible. I am now completely self aware when it comes to my habit and can stop myself before it happens although the temptation is still there occasionally my nails are now looking the best they ever have, I am proud to show my fingers to people rather than hiding them away as a I would always do before and this is all as a result of only 2 sessions with Mark, amazing!

Mark is friendly, makes you feel completely comfortable and at ease and I cannot thank him enough for helping me to break this habit so quickly and painlessly.
